Since 1989, she has gained extensive experience as an Executive Assistant in manufacturing and service companies, working across purchasing, commercial, and finance departments. In 1997, she joined Elsag Datamat S.p.A. as Controller for the Banking and Insurance Division. In 2008, she moved to Anthilia Capital Partners SGR, initially as Executive Assistant, later transitioning to the Middle Office. In 2018, she was appointed Head of Middle Office, and since 2020 she has also served as Head of Human Resources. As of March 2025, she is a Partner at Anthilia.
