After graduating in Political Economy (Monetary Theory), he completed the MBA Program at Insead. Since 2020 he has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO), General Manager and member of the Executive Committee of Banco di Desio and Brianza. Since the end of June 2022 he has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Anthilia SGR following the subscription by Banco Desio of the dedicated capital increase and thus becoming part of the shareholding of Anthilia SGR with a participation of 15 percent. Decio has a long experience in banking and finance. Previously he held several positions, including: CEO and General Manager of SACE (2016-2019); Director of Mediobanca, Borsa Italiana, Fineco; Chief Executive Officer ING Italia (2016); Group Chief Risk Officer Unicredit Group (2012-2016); numerous positions in foreign banks belonging to Unicredit Group (2000-2016), various positions at EBRD London and Imi International London/New York (1990-2000).
